Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened ROLKAH games within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

To arrange a return, contact us at rolkah.com/pages/contact with your order number before mailing the game. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will refund the game to your original payment method.

For damaged, defective, incorrect items, or missing pieces, contact us before returning anything so we can help. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
