ROLKAH is a fitness trivia and exercise dice game created by Jermaine, a Raleigh-based certified personal trainer, to keep people moving, laughing, and motivated.
A game that gets people moving
Trivia questions, friendly competition, and exercise dice give a group a shared challenge. Answer questions to score points; miss an answer and roll the dice for cardio and bodyweight exercises. Play with friends, family members ages 14 and older, training clients, or coworkers.
Designed for variety
The game includes 200 challenge and trivia cards across seven categories, two fitness dice, a 20-second hourglass, and instructions for three game modes. Exercise demonstrations and modifications appear on the back of the instruction sheet.
