How does ROLKAH work?
Another player reads a question from the Blue or Red deck. A correct Blue Deck answer earns 1 point; a correct Red Deck answer earns 2 points. After a missed answer, roll both fitness dice and complete the exercises shown: 20 seconds of cardio and the listed bodyweight repetitions. The first player or team to reach 10 points wins.
